Jayce & Noah's 5th Birthday!

This year we had a LEGO-themed birthday party (mainly because it was the only theme they could agree on). My mom, two sisters, two nephews and my niece all came up for the weekend. It was a great birthday party. Hopefully next year they will be into the same thing.

Christmas Morning!

Christmas morning was great. It was just our family and my parents.

This year Logan was totally into Christmas. They all loved their gifts.

Christmas Eve

This year for Christmas we went to my parent's house. Our tradition is to get together on Christmas Eve and open presents from everyone in the family.

I am the Worst Blogger!

So, I have learned that blogging isn't something I will ever be consistent at. Due to the fact that I have done nothing since November, I am now way behind. Shane is constantly asking me when I am going to update it, but I never do. Well, I have decided I will start updating it more often, starting today! Once the kids are in bed tonight I will post Christmas. That will definitely be a start.

October Happenings!

October was fun. The boys and I went to the Pumpkin Patch to go on the rides.

Then we went to the Recreation Center for trick-or-treating with Brissa and Jennifer.

The Monday before Halloween, Riley, Diana and Blake came over to carve pumpkins.

For Halloween, my parents and Jami came to visit. Ciara was a vampire, Jami a witch,

Noah was Spiderman, Jayce was Venom and Logan was a dinosaur. They had a great time at Trunk-or-Treat.

Trip to Brian Head

On October 2, we went with Shane's boss to his family's cabin for the weekend.

It was so much fun. Lots to do. The kids played, rode 4-wheelers and went on hikes.

Really, Really Long Update!

OK! So, I am not good about updating my blog. It is going to drive my husband nuts. So, here is everything that has been happening around our house the past few months. On July 16 Ciara's class went on a field trip and I was able to go. They went to the Rainforest Cafe to learn about how to save rainforests and about all the different animals that live there. Then we got to have lunch there. It was a very fun time.

Kris, Sonya and their kids came to visit. We had a great time. Lots of swimming and fun with the cousins. We also went to Pump it Up one day.

In August, the kids and I went to Phoenix to visit family and for my sister Regan's bridal shower. We weren't able to escape from the heat , but we had a great time. August 24 was Ciara's first day of school as a 3rd grader. She is growing up so fast. On Labor Day weekend we had Logan's 2nd Birthday. We had a carnival theme. Lots of fun with lots of friends and family.

I was able to borrow a popcorn machine from the PTA. It really added to the whole theme.

On Labor Day we were bored, so we went to Bass Pro Shop to check things out. The kids had fun looking at everything and playing on some 4-wheelers.

On September 14 Jayce and Noah started preschool. They go Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-11:15 in the morning. I'm still getting used to only having one child at that time.

Since I forgot to take pictures of Ciara on her first day, she got in on the action. This last weekend we went to Phoenix again for my sisters wedding. It was beautiful.
